Denelle Balfour is a Canadian journalist. She most recently served as CTV National News Halifax Bureau Chief from 2007-2009. Balfour previously reported from various Central American locations including Mexico, Cuba and Haiti. She has also been a part-time instructor at British Columbia Institute of Technology and has won numerous awards.
